Return & Exchange Policy

• 1. If the product is not available then a full refund will be made to the customer. The applicable amount will be credited back to the same card account used while transacting within 10 working days.
  2. Any GIORDANO retail store in Saudi Arabia will gladly assist you in returning or exchanging unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase at the original selling price provided merchandise is returned with a receipt and merchandise tag.
     
  3. If item(s) are returned, then the applicable amount will be credited back to the same card account used while transacting within 14 working days. Upon return, if the total order value falls under SR 199, order will no longer be eligible for free deilvery and SR 20 will be charged towards shipping.
     
  4. FOR HYGENIC REASONS ALL SALE OF UNDERWEAR AND INNER GARMENT ARE FINAL, RETURNS OR EXCHANGE OF THESE ITEMS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
