How are the shipments delivered?
Shipments are delivered by our nominated courier companies. Most shipments will be delivered within five working days. For more information, please visit our online shipping policy.
Can I track the status of my order?
Your shipments are delivered by either SMSA or Aramex; you can check the status of your orders through www.smsaexpress.com or www.www.aramex.com using the airway bill (AWB) e-mailed to you by Giordano.

Yes, you can specify where you want your order to be delivered other than your home address. This will be prompted to you in the checkout section. You can also maintain several different addresses within the My Account section of the site.

All our deliveries need to be verified upon delivery. An authorized person can receive the delivery on your behalf if you are not present.
